Q: How do I purchase a copy of SelectQu?
A: Visit www.SelectQu.com and select Purchase from the menu bar near the top of the screen. This will take you to our Purchase screen, where you can select the Installation Solution perfect for you. SelectQu is proud to accept payments by PayPal. PLEASE NOTE: New customers must use the Monthly Integrator Pricing option.
Q: How much does a copy of SelectQu cost?
A: For new customers, SelectQu is available to you using our Monthly Integrator Pricing option. A copy of SelectQu will cost you a one time fee of $75.00 (compare to our old price of $400.00!) In addition, you will be charged a monthly fee on a per dealer basis, using the following payment schedule:
Integrators Install (1-500 Dealers): $30.00 / month.
Integrators Install (501-1000 Dealers): $25.00 / month.
Integrators Install (1001+ Dealers): $20.00 / month.

Q: Now that I've submitted an installation request, how long will it take before SelectQu is setup?
A: We request a two week lead time for new customer setups although your setup may be completed more quickly.
Q: What does my copy of SelectQu entitle me to?
A: Buy purchasing a copy of SelectQu, you are purchasing one copy of the SelectQu software which can be installed on the PC of any automobile dealership with whom you have entered into a contract. This copy of SelectQu includes support from our highly trained Software Support Team.
Q: How do I request an installation?
A: While visiting www.SelectQu.com, select Installation from the menu bar near the top of the screen. This will take you to our Installation Request form. Please complete the Installation Request form as completely and accurately as possible. Missing or incorrect information may lead to a delay in the fulfillment of your installation request. Your installation request will be entered into our Installation Queue and will be handled by one of our Support Team members on a first come / first serve basis.

A: SelectQu is supported by a team of highly trained Software Support Team members. Our support team works together to ensure the proper fulfillment of your request. As such, we do not allow you to request a specific support team member. You can rest assured that your specific request will receive our utmost attention and concern.
